The complaints procedure can be found in the NTU Quality Handbook (section 17F). Please make sure your complaint is raised first at local level within 60 working days from the incident or cause for concern by emailing the Doctoral School to request a Level 1 Complaint Form.
If you would like to appeal a decision made by your School Research Degree Committee related to performance and progress, following the steps outlined in the procedure in the NTU Quality Handbook (section 17F).
