Student technical resources

The CBJ Tech Store has a large stock of broadcast-quality audio and video recording equipment and accessories, all free to loan.

This includes:

  • Panasonic AC90 and AC130 HD digital camcorder kits
  • Canon and Panasonic DSLR cameras and lenses
  • GoPro and 360 cameras
  • Marantz digital audio recorders
  • Mobile journalism kits
  • Manfrotto tripods
  • Sony, Rode and Audio-Technica microphones
  • Sennheiser radio mics
  • LED lights.

The production facilities have a dedicated team of friendly and experienced technicians who provide students with technical support.

The tech team are incredible, they are such a friendly bunch and you learn so much by working closely with them every day. We had access to industry standard production and post-production equipment. Being able to use industry standard kit whilst studying really helped prepare me for life after university.
