Mel Bull
Dr Mel Bull is Director of Executive Education at Å·ÃÀ¾ÞÈé Business School, where she leads the development and delivery of the school’s executive education offerings. Mel focuses on working with clients to understand their business needs and to create relevant training and education offers that enhance leadership and organisational performance. Mel has worked with the public and private sector over the last 17 years to create viable education and training solutions. Clients have included: Å·ÃÀ¾ÞÈéshire Fire and Rescue Service, Å·ÃÀ¾ÞÈé City Council, European Space Agency, NHS Trusts and multiple SMEs. Mel is an accredited coach and a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).
Alex Hiller
Dr. Alex Hiller is Head of Postgraduate and Executive Education at Å·ÃÀ¾ÞÈé Business School, where he oversees the strategic development and management of postgraduate and executive programmes. His responsibilities include curriculum design, student experience, recruitment, and external engagement. With over 20 years of teaching experience, his expertise includes consumer behaviour, marketing ethics, and responsible leadership. Alex is a Chartered Manager and a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
Helen Whitehall
Helen Whitehall, Commercial Manager at Å·ÃÀ¾ÞÈé Business School, connects organisations with university expertise to achieve strategic goals. She oversees short courses, consultancy, and bespoke training, drawing on her deep knowledge of the Å·ÃÀ¾ÞÈéshire community. Helen is pursuing a Postgraduate Certificate in Leadership and Management, building on the university’s Microcredentials programme.
Lindsay Crichton
Lindsay Crichton, Business Development Officer at Å·ÃÀ¾ÞÈé Business School, has 18 years of experience in executive education and a background in financial services. She specialises in bespoke training, apprenticeships, and consultancy, working closely with businesses. Lindsay holds an MA in Teaching and Learning in Higher Education and is pursuing doctoral research on learning in degree apprenticeships.
