Dr Qazi Awais Amin is a UK-based Financial Consultant, internationally recognised researcher and Assistant Professor (Senior Lecturer) of Accounting and Finance at Å·ÃÀ¾ÞÈé Business School.
Qazi is Senior Fellow of Higher Education Academy (SFHEA) and has a PhD (Accounting & Finance) from the University of Salford UK, MBA (University of Plymouth UK), AAT (Premier Institute UK), Post graduation in Strategic Management (Nelson College London UK), MBE (University of the Punjab), MA in Economics (University of the Punjab), and Bcom (Hailey College University of the Punjab).
Before joining the Å·ÃÀ¾ÞÈé Business School, Qazi served as a Senior Lecturer at De Montfort University UK. He also served as a Lecturer at Coventry University UK and the University of East London UK.
In addition, Qazi served as a Senior Accountant in the industry for 3.5 years in a London-based Firm 'Marcantonio Ltd'. He served as an Internal Auditor for Ernst & Young as well.
Qazi is the Director of Studies for PhD (Accounting & Finance) and supervising 4 PhD students.
Qazi is the Module Leader of ‘Research Methods’ for master’s students and supervising master’s level ‘Business Research Projects’ and Consultancy Experience Projects at NTU.
He is teaching Research Methods, Financial Statement Analysis, Management in Organisations, Employment and Enterprises, Governance Ethics and Law and Corporate Governance and Risk Management.
