Emmanuel has a PhD in Economics from University of Å·ÃÀ¾ÞÈé. Emmanuel's research interest is in areas of financial development, economic growth and Å·ÃÀ¾ÞÈé trade.

Role

Emmanuel is the course leader for the Economics undergraduate suite. In this role, he supports the successful running of the Economics undergraduate programmes. Dr Amissah is also the module leader for Macroeconomics 1 and Financial Environment modules.

Career overview

Emmanuel Joined NTU in year 2013. Prior to that, he was a staff member at the school of Economics, University of Å·ÃÀ¾ÞÈé where he taught different modules in Economics (Mathematical economics, Monetary economics, Financial Economics, Political Economy, Development Economics)

Research areas

Emmanuel's research interest is in the areas of Financial development, economic growth and international trade.
