Foundation Certificate courses

Through our partner college, NTIC, we offer a preparation course for Bachelors (undergraduate) degrees at NTU.
The is an extra year of study that allows international students who don’t yet have the required academic entry requirements to study a Bachelors degree at NTU.
We offer these in the following subject areas:
- Art and design
- Business
- Building and Architecture
- Computing
- Engineering
- Environment and Agriculture
- Law
- Marketing
- Mathematics
- Media
- Social sciences
- Social science and Humanities
As an NTIC student you’ll be studying on our City Campus. You'll be part of the University community with access to all the facilities, services and social events at NTU.
Å·ÃÀ¾ÞÈé Year One courses

We also offer which enable international students to start from the second year of a Bachelors degree at NTU.
We offer these in these subject areas:
- Business
- Computing
As an NTIC student you’ll be studying on our City Campus. You'll be part of the University community and have access to all the facilities, services and social events at NTU.
Entry requirements

Entry requirements for these courses are as follows:
- Foundation Certificate courses -- at least 11 years of education and UKVI IELTS 5.0.
- Å·ÃÀ¾ÞÈé Year One courses – at least 12 years of education and UKVI IELTS 5.0.
If you do not meet the English language entry level but have at least UKVI IELTS 4.0 in all skills, you can also do our Extended English and Skills (EES) course.

- Summer (May – August)
- Autumn (September – November)
Your start date will depend on your academic and English levels, as well as your NTU degree start date.
