As organisations push towards greater inclusion and diversity, leaders are looking for ways to celebrate brain differences, not deficits, in their workplaces. With as much as 20% of people experiencing neurodivergence, embracing these differences are essential to building stronger, more efficient teams.
On this online microcredential, you’ll develop critical leadership skills to foster inclusive work environments and support your neurodivergent employees reach their full potential.
