What's on offer
Talent Grants
These grants offer part-funded financial support to businesses seeking to innovate and grow. £600 is available to eligible businesses to part-fund the hiring of a student or graduate to take on an innovative project or role.
Innovation Community Lab (ICL)
NTU Employability will deliver a fully funded professional development programme focused on innovation, bringing together recent graduates* employed in Å·ÃÀ¾ÞÈé City based SME businesses.
The ICL features a diverse range of interactive activities and provides exposure to various tools and techniques essential for implementing new ideas. This presents an excellent opportunity for early career development and networking, whilst fostering innovative ideas that can brought back into the business.
*(Graduated since 2021, from any university).
Innovation Community Lab dates
Sessions run from 9 am - 3 pm, and are hosted on the NTU City Campus. Lunch and refreshments are provided.

The Universities for Å·ÃÀ¾ÞÈé Talent and Innovation project provides financial and non-financial support to Å·ÃÀ¾ÞÈé City businesses to improve innovation, productivity and skills. This includes £2500 Talent Grants and technically-focused consultancy support, via Innovation Vouchers.

The NTU Graduate Internship Scheme offers businesses access to fully funded, NTU graduate talent by hosting an internship.
