"It was lovely to meet you and your colleagues and hear about the work that you’re doing.  And what a testament to their dedication that you had so many students and graduates join us also to talk about their experiences and their ambitions and hopes for the future.   In addition to the teaching and research that you briefed us on, I was very impressed with the collegiate and supportive culture that you have developed for your department."
